Who should and who should'nt fast
Who should:
Every healthy adult should fast. Other than in
the case of spiritual fasting which should only
be undertaken under doctor's supervision over
periods of 2-6 weeks, fasting for healthy people
lasts 14 days at the most.

Who should not:
Children up to 16 years of age, first-time fasters
over 70 years of age and pregnant women. People
who suffer from anorexia or bulimia and patients
suffering from chronic kidney conditions, heart
problems or liver ailments, diabetes, cancer and
tuberculosis. In case you are taking medicines
let us know without fail and we will discuss it
with a fasting doctor.
