Hatha Yoga workshop in the Shadow Yoga style

The Shadow Yoga was founded by Shandor Remete and is based on the practical scriptures of the Hathaway Yoga, Siddha and Ayurveda.
The practice of Shadow Yoga emphasizes correct and gradual preparatory work, by strengthening the legs and the whole body with the prelude forms. This preludes include body movements and positions that were adopted from various daily human actions like the martial arts, the warrior stands, the sun salutation and Indian dance.
This unique work moves the energy in the body and gives endurance, stability, inner strength and power of persistence as a solid foundation for a skillful practice.
The workshop will be an introduction and is open for everyone. The warm‐up sequence and basic forms and movements will be gradually introduced, to teach us effective movement, correct posture and aware breathing.

Or Loewy is practicing Yoga for more than twelve years, the last six years under the guidance of his teacher David Malka, a student of Shandor Remete.
Or is teaching Yoga in Israel, giving daily classes in Haifa and monthly workshops in Tel‐Aviv. In the last three years Or has participated in courses with Shandor Remete in Israel and in Europe.
