I was born in France, have lived in England & Germany and settled in Ibiza in 1997.
My journey into yoga started over 20 years ago because of a very severe back pain.

This physical, mental & spiritual system, born in India, had such an immediate and beneficial impact on me that I soon began to train to become a Hatha Yoga Instructor in Munich, in 1991.
I felt then as I still feel now, that I am incredibly blessed to have it in my life.

Over the last few years I have further deepened my knowledge in India and have trained intensively with Sharat Arora who, for many years, worked with the Great Master himself, BKS Iyengar.
Most importantly, he assisted Iyengar in his therapy sessions and consequently gained a solid knowledge in the profound art of alignment & was able to then develop his own technique with clear instructions, making his particular teaching unique.

Sharat´s teaching inspired me enormously & it helped me to refine my own practice as well as my own way to transmit it.
Like him, I am fascinated by the restorative practice given by ´the Iyengar way´ and the general therapeutic aspect of this yoga for health.

My style of teaching is…

v Challenging & demanding in classical postures with a constant focus on alignment & alertness
v Relaxing & nurturing in the     restorative postures where stillness & silence encourage a contemplative state.
It is here where you will experience the healing power of this practice with very simple exercises

You will not learn any complicated yoga but just simple & invaluable techniques, which, will help you to improve your normal breathing and to develop a healthy posture so that you can integrate this knowledge directly into your way of life in order to STAY HEALTHY & HAPPY!
